Our sincere thanks for taking the time to post that - we don't get a lot of feedback, so it's nice to know someone actually reads what we do.
As to your regret about not stopping to say "Hello", we're conscious that not everyone wants to be seen as a 'special case'. We always have to tread a narrow line, and be sensitive to the feelings of individuals.

Your post makes a very pleasant change from all the Polish [and other] spammers we have to delete on a daily basis!!

I have just arrived back in the UK after 3 fabulous weeks in the La Torre Golf Resort, at about the midway point, whilst eating my breakfast I noticed a gentleman wearing an Army Air Corps badge on his t-shirt in the clubhouse, sometime after this whilst enjoying a drink in the hotel I witnessed a new arrival to the resort, a proud and brave looking gentleman with his female partner, he was in a wheelchair, as he appeared to have the use of his left arm only (Triple amputee). I wondered if he had been injured as a result of UK Military Operations abroad, but didn’t want to intrude. On my last evening in Spain I went to the local Chinese buffet restaurant for a meal, upon completion and whilst leaving the restaurant, the same guy was entering with his partner assisted by the first gentleman I had noticed, he was this time wearing a HOLIDAYS4HEROES t-shirts! The only regret of my whole holiday is not stopping the three and thanking them for the sheer work/sacrifice/commitment/devotion/professionalism, grit and proudest they glowed. Keep up the great work our Serving Forces and “Friends of Holidays4Heroes – La Torre Online” When I get my property in the near future, you guys are ALL at the top of my free list. A Very big thanks you to those presently serving and supporting. I wish you all the very best of luck and fortune for now and the future. A sincere AL Marritt & Family.
